Public HTTP service from source or Docker. Bind to 0.0.0.0 and the PORT variable (default 10000). Free compute is available for web services only.
Workspace subscription and each running compute instance are billed separately; compute is prorated by the second. Disks are $0.25/GB-month, Postgres storage $0.30/GB-month. Bandwidth above workspace allowances is $0.15/GB. Free plans have limits.
