Useful VPS reviews start with context: what someone hosted, which provider they used and what went well or wrong. Read original X posts with authors and dates attached. Firsthand experiences, recommendations and project promotions are labelled separately, so you can decide how much weight to give each account.

So in retrospect this post should've been a much longer essay that explained my position.
AWS, GCP and Azure make money because they own the compute. They are the landlords of the internet and they take a cut of everything.
What Planetscale did is became a reasonable answer with them. If you are considering MySQL they have made themselves a reasonable option at any scale.
That is an incredible feat. There is no other company thats not worth 100B that can say that and that is special.
I think Neon did something similar a few years ago when every project everyone I knew used Neon and Enterp…

Shortlist up to three plans and compare VPS prices beside CPU, RAM, storage and transfer allowances. A lower monthly bill may come with less memory or a different region. Share your comparison to keep the selected plans together while you weigh the trade-offs.
Listed costs follow each plan’s configuration. Check region, billing terms and included resources before treating two plans as equivalent; specifications alone do not establish performance.

What do VPS prices actually include?
The headline rate is only part of the bill. Compare VPS prices alongside included transfer, backup charges and plan limits. Each listing links to its pricing source and check date, so you can see the assumptions behind the estimate.
This estimate describes the listed configuration or usage assumptions. Confirm availability and the final quote with the provider before ordering.

Know your VPS provider: traffic, DR and operating history.
VPS reviews tell you about reported experiences; provider profiles add background on the company. Look up website traffic estimates, domain ratings and operating history alongside VPS prices to put a promising offer in context.
Traffic estimates website visits; DR measures a domain’s backlink profile. Neither establishes server performance, paying customer counts or service quality. Check sources and dates in each provider profile.
Use VPS reviews to understand reported experiences and monthly costs to check the fit for your budget. These answers explain how to read the sources, compare costs and make your own shortlist.
What do the listed VPS prices include?
VPS prices show a base configuration or an estimate based on your usage settings. Check storage, included transfer, minimum charges and billing terms. Taxes, backups and other extras may be excluded; the listing’s caveats explain the assumptions.
Where do your VPS reviews come from?
VPS reviews on this page draw on public X posts, with original links, authors and dates. Labels distinguish firsthand accounts from recommendations and promotions. Customer status, bills and reported outcomes are not independently verified, so open the source to judge its relevance to your workload.
How should I use VPS reviews to choose a plan?
Look for workloads similar to yours and check when the experience was reported. VPS reviews can raise useful questions about support, billing or deployment, but one account cannot describe every region or plan. Use the comparison to check the resources you need, then confirm the terms with the provider.
Do user reviews prove server performance?
No. VPSYOU separates published specifications and user accounts from independent benchmarks. A provider test endpoint can help you check network latency, but it does not prove application performance. Independent tests are not yet available here.
Can I share the VPS prices I’m comparing?
Yes. Select up to three plans in the same category and share the comparison link. It retains your selected products and usage assumptions, making it easier to discuss the options with a teammate. Check the listed source dates again before ordering.
How current are the listed VPS prices?
Each pricing record carries a source check date, and stale evidence is marked. Refresh schedules vary by provider. Regional availability, promotions and extra charges can change between checks, so confirm the latest quote at the official source.
